In the company Termont Metal d.o.o. they first came up with the idea that in the summer months, for the purpose of camping, as well as other months, they prepared a prefabricated grill that is easy to assemble and suitable for transport, which is a limitation to existing solutions. There are a lot of electric grills on the market, wood and charcoal grills, which are difficult to transport, and gas grills require additional space for a lot of fuel.
The idea includes the conceptual construction of a grill that can be assembled and also used in the classic way. A solar lens has been added that solves the problem of diffused light and concentrates energy in one place. This solves the problem of oversize the framework. To be able to control the heat, we will add thermo-sensors that measure the temperature across the surface. This is basically the downside of all conventional grills as well, the diffuse temperature we chase after experience. We have also developed an application that controls the temperature and other elements
Prototype Solar grill Termont Metal is a composite component grill made for all parts of the world, for heating with the sun, biomass or gas. It is foldable and multifunctional. With accessories such as bumpers, lenses and solar cells, it offers a comprehensive energy supply on the go or in remote places or even at home, where we want to grill the kitchen to an ecological and CO2 minimum environmental footprint. It has the potential to develop special glass-ceramic vessels, evaporators, distillers and the like, as well as digitalization and iOT support for safety and cooking, as well as laser temperature measurement and smart cooking.
Of course, it is possible to make a larger lens and a larger bumper and thus achieve higher temperatures, even point to 800 degrees Celsius and more on a normal summer day. Of course, such a device is not suitable and safe for normal use, as it poses a high safety risk for the user, but it could be used for industrial purposes in the field (welding, cutting, melting materials, etc.).
The design and structure itself allows it to be used even interplanetarily in space and in extreme conditions with access to light.
